Training is hard, but not as hard as being unfit

If you ever think training is too hard and too time-consuming to stick at remember this:


Training is hard!


But these are harder:


  • Suffering from cancer

  • Suffering from heart problems

  • Suffering from diabetes

  • being unable to climb stairs

  • being unable to push yourself up if you fall

  • being unable to do anything except walk a short distance



Three 45 minute weight sessions and 5000-10000 steps per day is all you need to transform your life and give you a much greater chance of avoiding the above problems.
