If you ever think training is too hard and too time-consuming to stick at remember this:
Training is hard!
But these are harder:
Suffering from cancer
Suffering from heart problems
Suffering from diabetes
being unable to climb stairs
being unable to push yourself up if you fall
being unable to do anything except walk a short distance
Three 45 minute weight sessions and 5000-10000 steps per day is all you need to transform your life and give you a much greater chance of avoiding the above problems.
Once you get used to it, you'll enjoy it!
